Collective agreement:
The process by which trade unions, representing worker and employers through their representatives, adequately treat and negotiate with a view to the conclusion of a collective agreement or resolution of disputes is known as collective agreement. The agreement is usually written by the employer and a union on behalf of the employees or staffs employed by the employers. Below are the written agreements.

1.    Been able for both parties to determine working conditions and terms of employment.

2.    Protect workers against unfair dismissal and other issues relating to employment legislation.

3.    A recognized facilities for time off for trade union duties and activities

4.    There should be harmonization of annual leave.

5.    A staff development review scheme needs to be checked.

6.    Membership or non-membership of a trade union

The impact on management/employee relations on successful establishment of a union

There would be a striking balance of interests here. From the employer's perspective, the company’s relations is about having the right to manage, so as they can have that ability to plan for the future in other for the company to be a success; to make profits and to keep its employees motivated.
From the employees’ perspective, they can be able to secure the best possible condition and living standards for the employees.
